This policy explains what information RLN Centerline Engineering handles when you use rlncenterline.com, and the choices you have. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

What we handle

• Messages you send us: your email address and what you write when you send feedback to info@rlncenterline.com.
• Ask RLN questions: the text you type is sent to our Cloudflare Worker and processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to produce an answer. We also save the question text, the date, and the page you asked from, without your IP address or any account details, to learn what engineers ask most and improve the tools. We automatically remove email addresses and phone numbers from saved questions.
• Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard data such as IP address and request logs to deliver and secure the site.

Your tool inputs

The calculation tools run in your browser. We do not receive the values you enter in them unless a feature clearly says otherwise. Reports are created on your device.

Why we use information

We use it to run and secure the site, reply to you, answer Ask RLN questions, and improve the tools. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, email routing, and AI processing. These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. We share information only as needed to run the service, or when the law requires it.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and feedback only as long as needed to respond and improve the tools, then delete them. Saved Ask RLN questions are deleted automatically after 90 days.

Your rights

Under RA 10173 you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, object to its processing, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission. Email info@rlncenterline.com and we will respond.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect information. No online service is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data in feedback or in Ask RLN.

Children

The site is intended for professional and adult use and is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
